I am going to be running a silent auction for a castle restoration appeal fund in Scotland I will have individuals from all around the world paying for their items can I use my square to collect those funds.

You can accept international credit cards as long as you're accepting payments in the country where you activated your account. For example, if you're a U.S. citizen, you'll only be able to process payments in the U.S. — the app will not be able to process credit card payments abroad.
