Hi Sean, Thanks for reaching out. I will receive my equipment tomorrow and am setting up my Dashboard so am trying to learn as much as possible before I dive in. I finally figured out that I don't have to worry about the Token column in the downloadable template for entering items--apparently, it is filled out automatically? Also, I have been trying to gather reference material from the Support Center which I find very helpful. I thought I saw a place to download a manual, but can't find it now. Can you point me in that direction please? Soooooo, I am new and trying to get things going before we have to go online. Am really excited about getting this up and running quickly.

Hi @jkrox, thanks for clarifying! Yep, that's correct that we generate the item token, so no action needed on your part with that column.

Hmm, not exactly download files, but we do have dedicated guides for each hardware kit, is that what you saw? Set Up Your Square Point-of-Sale Kit
