&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This usually happens due to a typo when entering the email address or phone number in the receipt field.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can resend the receipt directly from the Point of Sale app. Check out this Support Center article for a step by step on how to do so:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5070-send-and-print-receipts#resending-receipts" target="_blank"&gt;Resend Digital Receipts&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, if you run into a situation where a customer is receiving somebody else's receipt by mistake, they can click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Not Your Receipt?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;at the bottom of the Square receipt or&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Don’t Recognize This Charge?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;at the top of the receipt if it’s the first they’ve received from Square.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We can also clear the information manually on our end if need be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
