Currently, most notifications go to the primary email on your account.

I would suggest setting up a filter in your email to forward those notifications to the other email address.

Since the subject for notifications just says Invoice (invoice #) and customer name, you would filter for "body includes" or however it's termed in your email forwarding settings. For instance, in gmail, it would be under "has the words" and you would type in the location name.

However, any email coming to that account that has the words in it will be forwarded.

You would probably want to set the From field on the filter to invoicing@messaging.squareup.com and also include the name of the location.

Filters can be finicky, but once you iron it out, it should do what you want.

You'll get the notification in both emails, but at least it goes to the right one also.

Here's a screenshot of the filter options.

I have a square account set up for my LLC. I have 2 locations set up, one for my LLC and one for my DBA. Currently all notifications from Square are sent ONLY to my LLC email account, no matter which location they are directed to. I need to figure out the best way to receive all of the notifications for my DBA specifically to the email address for my DBA - and NOT to my LLC email address. Is this possible? Do I need a separate log in for the DBA to set that up?
