Paypal integration/shipping help

Previously we were able to print shipping labels via Paypal under another platform. Even though PP DOES integrate with Square, the order/shipping info is not populated on PP. Therefore, we cannot ship via PP, offering a discount on shipping (Shipstation).

HELP!!
