How can I see the date I added a customer?

Hello. I have only just started using the save customer details feature. I made a sale last week and only afterwards realised i needed to store the customer contact details. I could not add the customer to the sale i had already charged for and thought I would remember which customer it was - I cant! Is there a way to identify when a customer's contact information was added to the directory? Im such an idiot.

Hello @ELF welcome to the Seller Community!

So, the Customer Directory will allow you to view the month and the year a customer was added. It will also display their transaction history which includes the dates, times, and items they purchased.

Also, you can add a customer to a sale after it has been completed. I recomend checking out VanKalkerFarms' answer on this thread on how to add a customer.

If you need more granularity than month and year for the date, you can use the procedure in this thread. It's a little complex, but it can get you the exact date and time the customer was created.
