Square stand not spinning properly

Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the square register stand sticking

when it gets spun for the customer interaction. Ours sticks or overspins, or underspins...

Anyone figure out a way to fix this or do I just need a new one?

Sounds like there's a bad bearing. With a little bit of ingenuity, and mechanical skills, you could probably take it apart and fix it, but you probably just need a new one.

Thanks for answering, @LocavoreStore, I think you're probably right. @Northerncoffee, this isn't something we hear consistently, so you may need a new stand. When did you buy your current stand?

We purchased it in March of 2015....so its had lots of use.

I'll see if we can take it apart and fix it...otherwise we'll just have

to break down and buy a new one! Thanks all
