Booking skype video consultaiton

I'm hoping to set up a way for my customers to book 1 on 1 skype consultations with my staff. Is there a way to add custom form fields for the user to fill out when they book an apointment, so that I can ask for the customer's skype username? Or alternatively, is there a way to edit the confirmation email that the user gets, to include my staff's skype info? I see that I can edit the general appointment confirmation, but not one for each staff member since the skype details will be unique.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to add custom fields to your online booking site, but this is one of the more popular feature requests that our Appointments team is actively tracking.

You can customize your confirmation emails through the Communications tab, however I"m not sure it's the type of customization you're looking for.

The best way to collect additional information from your clients is to request it be provided in the appointment notes. Your request can be added to the Service Description field so your clients can see it when booking.

To edit your Service Description:

Go to Services in your Square Appointments dashboard.
Select a service > Add information request to Service Description.
Click Save.

Be sure to add the information request to all relevant services.
