How do I remove a reward?

I use rewards program every day and I love it. However, when items get returned their stars don't get removed which means sometimes I need to edit and remove a reward. ( not a star, an actual reward that was earned. ) I have searched high and low and can not find out how to remove earned rewards.

Thanks for bringing this up. I see what you mean — once a reward is earned, you can't remove or revoke it. You can only edit the number of stars they've received up to the point that they've achieved the reward.
