Can I pay the processing fees separately using a different bank account?

Is there a way for square to take its fees from one account and deposit the earned funds into another account? When I run a credit card I would like Square to deposit the amount that I run into my attorney trust account. However I would like to pay from my office's general account

No, Square takes the money for its services directly out of the total at the time of the transaction (there is no total transaction deposit to your account and then a withdrawal for the fees), so it is not possible to have funds separately credited or debited.
