Why is the Appointments App on my iPad not updating quickly?

My appointment app does not update fast enough on my Ipad. So if I make an appointment on my phone from the app it wont update on the ipad for a considerable amount of time. This creates overlap in appointments. Is there a way to manually update the app on the Ipad so it displays the proper appointments?

Hey @Scuttlebutt. Welcome to the Seller Community! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble and I'd like to get things sorted out for you. To get going, I have a couple of questions for you:

1) When you say it takes a long time for the app to update, how long is it taking?

2) Have you checked for updates? (for the app and the device)

3) Have you tried deleting, and then reinstalling the app?

4) Is there a delay on your iPhone if you create the even on your iPad?
