We charge our customers who use a credit card the extra fee added onto their invoice, but a lot of them balk at the idea of adding 3.5%. Anyone else out there have an idea how to get more people onboard with using their credit card? Sometimes the % taken out can be quite large since we do pretty large construction jobs. If they use a credit card, I charge a flat rate of $1.50 convenience charge.
