Can someone tell me how to process a visa debit card? I tried processing it as a credit card and it gets declined and asks me to accept a different card

We process debit cards everyday without any problems. Could it be possible the card you are trying is either unfunded or not good?

We also process them daily without any trouble - both Visa and MasterCard Debit cards. I would guess his is an issue with the card or its funding.

Yes I also have issues processing the Visa debit cards, in Canada if that's an issue. Have requested solution from support team. Any ideas ?

Debit cards in Canada are a different beast.

you must use tap to pay only for debit, no swiping. must be Interac debit cards for $100 or less. Here is an article about it. https://squareup.com/ca/townsquare/debit-is-here
