    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once a transaction is complete, you can't change it. The only change you can make is to refund the incorrect tax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would encourage this step, otherwise you've collected tax you shouldn't have. It will be a little tedious if you had a lot of transactions, but it's the right way to handle it. It was charged in error, therefore it should be refunded. It's good customer service also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sell my products at craft shows in multiple counties. I discovered after a recent show that I had more than one sales tax applied to my sales because I mistakenly had two counties set to "enable". It appears that my customers were charged sales tax TWICE. How can I refund the "overtax"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that's what I was thinking, but how do I refund JUST the incorrect tax? (I tried and don't see a way of doing it...)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
