Looking for an app where customer can purchase units (class time) up front, and track use of units.

I work with a group where members can purchase time for studio use. I would like an app that will work with square, and can track their time as they use it and notify when they have used up their time. Has anyone used something like this?

Many apps out there do that but I am not aware of any that connect to square.

Maybe I can't be that fussy. Can you tell me which apps you can suggest? Or is there an easy name to describe what I am looking for?

Just search for gym or fitness club software. There are a ton. Mind body is one I have used.

Instead of selling bulk classes you could use the square reward program and reward them with a free class or a discount after so many classes. With that and the appointment app you could probably acheive what you are trying to do and cheaper. Most of the programs out there are pricey
