Disable Stars on Discounts?

Hello,

Is there anyway to disable loyalty stars when a transaction has discounts?

My my main issue right now is that I offer an employee discount of 50%, but my loyalty set up awards them a star when they spend a certain amount. They then come back and use both and abuse the discounts. is there anyway to stop this?

Hello @Jumpstartr, this is a great question. Currently we don't offer a setting to disable loyalty stars if theres a discount applied to the sale. I will make sure to pass this along to our product team as a feature request!

If you create a profile for your employees in the Customer Directory you can monitor the loyalty stars they earn and pull the transaction details. You can also adjust the amount of stars on their profile as well.
