Hello @masahiro39 thanks for your post. I think that Text Message Marketing is a different product and is priced differently, so it would be a separate charge.

Square Text Messages are charged a monthly fee, than also by number of texts sent per month
Square Marketing (email marketing) charges for the number of subscribers you have.
Square Loyalty charges for the number of qualifying Loyalty Visits you receive every month per location.
