Can hourly employees punch in/out at different locations?

I have 8 different locations and some of them share employees at times. If an employee is in the system at location 1, can they also punch in/out at location 2, 3, 4 etc? If so..will their timecard reflect the different locations they worked during the pay week? AND...will that location's labor/net $ reflect that labor cost from the employee? Whew...

Hi Beau, When you set up your employees under location make sure you check all the locations that they will be working at.

As long as they clock in and out at the same location your reports should refect there performance and labor for that location.

Hey @BeauC, this is a great question. Your employees can clock in and out at different locations as long as you've enabled them to access that location as @RHatch mentioned.

So if an employee clocked in at location 1 and clocked out at location 2 all of their hours will be accurately recorded under location 1 for the time card report. If you want the reports to reflect where they worked you just have to make sure they clock out at either location and then re-clock in at location 2.
