I seem to have a nonexistent category online and I have no idea how to get rid of it.

I have a category on my online site that leads to a 404 code. Seasonal Fall Home Decor. It does not exist in my dashboard that I can see. How do I get rid of it? Arrange and add category links does not seem to work.

I have the same issue and cannot remove the empty category from my site.

If this issue was resolved please inform me of how to remove the category. I am stuck trying to remove a non existent category as well.

Hi @BestWoodPro thanks for reaching out to us here.

Can we confirm you've removed the Site Category from your settings?

1. Navigate to your Online Overview page.

2. Select Items > Site Categories.

3. Select the three horizontal dots on your chosen category > Delete.

4. When making changes to your site settings, we always recommend publishing your site again to ensure the changes sync correctly.

To do this, jump into your Site Editor (Website > Edit Site) and hit Publish in the top-right of the page.

Let us know if you're still seeing the deleted category after completing these steps.
