Purchasing Page

We are collecting donations for a school fundraiser. Is there a way to add 2 orginzational tabs in the purchase page for the customer to fill in an order. For example, we 1 tab for the customer to type in the students name, and the other to type in their teacher name.

I assume you are doing this with the Square online store? If so there is no way to add that informaiton. They can add that information into the notes section during check out. The trick is getting them to do it. The only place you can add a note for them to do that is on the product page.
