    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are collecting donations for a school fundraiser.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to add 2 orginzational tabs in the purchase page for the customer to fill in an order.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; For example, we 1 tab for the customer to type in the students name, and the other to type in their teacher name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you are doing this with the Square online store? &amp;nbsp;If so there is no way to add that informaiton. &amp;nbsp;They can add that information into the notes section during check out. &amp;nbsp;The trick is getting them to do it. &amp;nbsp;The only place you can add a note for them to do that is on the product page.&lt;/P&gt;
