I took a Visa Gift Card for payment. It showed up in Payments but didn't Deposit.

I took a Visa Gift Card for a 75.00 payment. It showed up in the Daily Payment Schedule but didn't show up in the Daily Deposits. How do I get it to show up in Deposits?

As long as you swiped it like you would a normal credit card transaction there is nothing you have to do differently.

Also depending on what time of day you took the payment, it may not show up until the next business day.

Hello @JKTowing, what @VanKalkerFarms mentioned is correct.

It's important to check that this card was processed as credit as well. If it was processed as other tender or cash it won't show up under Daily Deposits.
