&lt;P&gt;Typically, I recommend consulting a tax expert for any tax related questions like this. Since you are using &lt;A href="https://www.taxjar.com/square-sales-tax/" target="_blank"&gt;Taxjar&lt;/A&gt;, it may be a good idea to touch base with them to figure out how they are tabulating your tax totals.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Woocommerce, TaxJar, and Square</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have an online store using woocommerce. I use Taxjar for sales tax purposes and Square for payment purposes. I noticed that when it came to file my quarterly Taxjar said I owe $24 in state taxes when I had 0 state sales and no nexus. I also set up POS for my phone so I can sell locally once we get to that point.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My issue is it is treating out of state sales w/ no nexus as in state sales and reporting as such. Is there a way around this that I more than likely overlooked? Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
