Is it possible to place a link inside the message section?

I would like to place a link inside the Message section of my invoices. Since it's being sent as an email I'd like for the customer to be able to click a link in their email to a particular page on my site.

To further clarify, I don't just mean typing out http://www.site.com, I'd like to put in the html link code, <a href=".... so the customer sees Click here to...

Thanks for your post, I do understand what you're looking for but I'm afraid it's not possible at this time. I see how adding hyperlink in the Message section of an Invoice would be useful (and it would look better to boot) and I'll share your request with the Product Team. We're working to improve Invoices based on our seller's feedback so thanks for letting us know you'd like to be able to do this!

Please let us know when this feature is available. It is very necessary to have a link on the message section of the invoices!!!!

So four years later and this still isn't an option? Is that correct? To clarify, I would like to have a clickable link in the message section of my invoices to customers to the different review sites online. I would also like to do the same on a digital receipt when emailed. Can this be done yet?
