I would suggest &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact" target="_blank"&gt;contacting our Customer Success team&lt;/A&gt; so that they can take a closer look into the status of your payment. They'll be able to advise on next steps based on if the payment was successful or not.       <title>Phone died during transaction, did it complete?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I was finishing a transaction my phone died, it said approved but customer didn't sign yet. The transaction doesn't show up under transactions but says pending under customers banking activity. Now I'm not sure if it went through or not?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check and see if it is &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/reports/transaction-status" target="_blank"&gt;Transaction Status&lt;/A&gt; Report. &amp;nbsp;It probably is and says Cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
