How much can I transfer with my first instant deposit?

Are there guidelines that determine the limit of my first instant deposit? I'm trying to plan for an emergency / rush job and I'm going to need close to $2,500 ASAP so I can buy what I need to do the job. I have another option but it will cost 6%

I processed my first ST transaction in 2013, don't use it often though. Since 2013 I have taken just under 10 payments, lowest was $80, highest was just under $1,600, average is a few hundred dollars. I have been using the same bank account / debit card for my deposits since I first signed up.

That isn't something that we can help you with here in the forums. That is a specific account question that only Square would be able to answer if you called in. I think that the amount you can instant deposit starts lower and builds up over time. And it only gets you the money 24 hours at most earlier than normal deposit schedule.

So the instant deposit isn't instant at all? I may have read it wrong but that does not seem to correspond with what I read before posting here. I read there is a $50 minimum for instant and $25 minimum for scheduled instant. Also read a few posts on here from people that had trouble with instant and it seemed like thier problem was due to the type of debit card / bank they were using...
I could be wrong though, been a hectic day, weekend, week, month... 😂

@MikeDinPC Instant deposit is theoretically instant so if you took a payment at 4pm you would get it right then on your debit card, but if you just waited for regular next business day deposit it would happen at 12am or so 8 hours later.
