What happens when Import Items doesn't work?

I downloaded the template and filled it out. After uploading it, nothing appeared. Do I have to fill in every column even if I don't have an answer?

No, you don't have to fill in every cell. Log out and log back in and see if that works. Use Chrome or Safari browser they work the best. If you have a lot of items it could take a few minutes for it all to populate.

Funny, I logged out, and that didn't work. But the first time I tried to import again, it worked. Thanks.
