Customized Customers Report

I am doing a campaign for a non-profit group. I am donating a portion of the sales back to that group. Is there any way to set up an account system to be able to generate a report with just those folks who are buying from me for this group? Thanks.

Not very well.

If you take customer information at the time of the sale and add it to the Customer group you create for this organization it is possible.

If this is done then you can go to customers, Filter the results by the group and last visited. To the right of the column headers, there is a plus sign where you can add and subtract columns to the report.

Problem is it will only give you the average or total sales for the customer.

If you pull the transaction history for the date or time frame you can find the customers that are part of this group and calculate the sales.

What you can do is setup a specific category that indicates the sale is for that group.

Add the items in your library to that category, and select them from that specific category whenever it will be a sale for that group.

You can then use the Category Sales report to easily calculate the amount that you'll be donating.
