Apple pay appears to go through but did not, not sure the problem please help!

Using contactless reader+ chip. processed with apple pay. it appeared as if it went through and shows in my sales, but the transaction never processed even thow it generated a receipt on my end but not the customer's end. Apple pay is on, and I cannot see any other reasons it did not go through.

Hey @PBubble thanks for reaching out and letting u know! I am sorry you are having some difficulties with Apple Pay. So you are seeing the payment in your transactions tab but you never got it deposited into your bank?
