Is there a form or something to use to track gift cards or services donated for charity or raffles when they are not a 501c or give you a receipt for records ?

At this time we do not have something like this @Hdbrows. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers' interest in your request.
