how do I collect customer input

How do I go about collecting customer input (name or other info) for items that I personalize? Is there an option that will let the customer input that information during the order process, or do they need to send me a message with the information included after they purchase?

HI, you create Option Sets (for size, color etc) with whatever requirement is needed. Modifier Option Set (for text etc) add a text box. Once you create an Option Set you can apply to several items, no need to create it again and again.

ex. wall sign size Option Set

personalization Family Name Option Set

ex. Size Option Set added under Options and Pricing

ex. Family Name Option Set under Modifiers
