      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you canceled the sale before it was complete then there is no way to provide proof because it didn't happen. &amp;nbsp;If you returned the sale then you can provide a receipt.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
