How can I split the proceeds of a sale into two accounts.

We use the square in a cooperative art gallery. We have created a category for each artist so that we can allocate the proceeds of selling an art item to that artist. However, we need a way to allocate the gallery fee to the gallery as we send the transaction into our Quickbooks accounting software. For example, an art piece sells for $100. The total sale is $108.25 with $100 allocated in category LastFirstname and $8.25 going to tax. What I need is $85 going to the artist and $15 going to the gallery. Can this be accomplished?

We are willing to use the Square to QBOL integration tool if this will do this operation.
