Hi guys, I was wondering how long it took your readers to arrive after you order it? I got a confirmation from Square, but no indication when it would arrive.

Hey @Sibelius, I can provide some clarification!

If you ordered our Free Magstripe Reader you should receive it in 10 business days.

Hardware that you purchase typically has a 5-7 day shipping window. These products will come with a tracking number as well.

@meka Readers can take up to 10 days to arrive. 📩

If you need a reader before then, you can buy the magstripe reader at participating retail stores. Magstripe readers cost $10 in store, but we'll reimburse you that amount, just follow the steps in the packaging!
