    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once a refund is done it cannot be undone.&amp;nbsp; It sounds like you sold something online.&amp;nbsp; You need to mark orders as completed within a specified time period&amp;nbsp;so that you will get your money deposited and the customer will know you shipped the item.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
