I can force certain appointment times in the Appointments app?

Does anyone know if I can force certain appointment times in the Appointments app? I see I can have on the half hour, quarter hour, etc - but I need to allow customers to book something at a certain time ONLY (the two options would be 1pm and 4pm). Any ideas how to do that? I've messed around with the options in the app and can't get it to work...

There's two solutions that come to mind for this:

You can change your Staff Hours to match what you'd like the only appointment times to be (1 pm and 4 pm)
You can add a daily repeating "Personal Event" to your calendar that extends through the hours that you don't want to be booked.
