how do i get my printer to stop printing customer reciepts automatically?

Go to setting, printer , and turn off the receipt printing.

Would that be the automatically print receipts option? There is no longer an option to shut off customer receipts? I don't want customers to sign on the ipad I want them to sign receipts I just want the option to pop up on the screen to print one if they want one.

Printing customer receipt automatically is an option. If I am on shift ,I turn it off.

Go to setting, signature & receipts, you will have an option either signature on IPad or on a print receipt.i hope it is helpful.
