E-gift cards adding tips

Is Square ever going to change the e-card gift certificates so that customers can add tips? I am presently using another online system that allows this and it's very easy, convienent and necessary. I'd like to migrate over to Square, but I can't find a way to let them add a tip when purchasing. And then when they're redeemed, accounting for that tip amount. Please help.

It will not ask for Tips with e-cards or online sales. They can select from the preset prices or enter a customer price. The custom price would allow tip and item/service price together. Redemption would be the same they are just using a gift card.

I guess I'm asking is Square ever going to make this option available. My customers prefer selecting a specific service and then placing a tip on top of that. But, with a dollar amount, when they redeem can they designate part of their amount toward a tip? Is there a window for that like with a regular card sale?
