Is there anyway to associate an overall discount to a customers profile?

I own a comic shop and would like to give discounts to customers determined by the number of subscription titles they have. Is this possible?

For example a customer who has 10 subscription titles may get a 5% discount. Is there a way to automatically associate a discount to his name/profile

Unfortunately, there is no way to currently do this. I hope this will be a future feature.
