I,m in the middle of a craft show and my Square app will not load. Tried resetting my password, etc but it just keeping spinning “loading”with no results. Now it wants me to shop for equipment. I have both the strip reader

and the chip reader and use an Apple 6s phone. Help!

Hi @Pegpowers

Were you having trouble remembering your account information (email & password) or were you not able to take payments?

A spinning wheel indicates that your wifi or data connection might not be stable enough to log in to the app.
