I have a home based business and my husband helps me at craft shows and we new to this and we each have a square card reader for our phones. I would like to know how others are setting up something like this i do not do payroll its not a big money maker but i wanted the option for people to be able to pay with credit cards. So what i am wanted to know is to sign him in as me on his phone or set him up as a mobile staff. Any one have an opinion.

hi @karenmours you can do either. If he signes in as you he has the same admin access that you do to run reports, change items library and issue refunds, etc. Setting up mobile staff allows you to restrict access to some of these features. Otherwise the process of taking a payment is the same.

My wife and I use the same account but if we have someone covering for us we established their own email address as an account and that way we can segregate the sales numbers by person for commission payment.
