Looking to square for egift cards

So I am thinking of using square to sell egift cards. I have a couple questions that i cant easily find answers to.

1) does the purchasor or the merchant pay the processing fee? is there a setting to select either?

2) can the egift card be processed through another merchant processing company?

1) Does the purchaser or the merchant pay the processing fee? Like all fees the merchant pays. Is there a setting to select either? NO.

2) Can the egift card be processed through another merchant processing company? NO, Only Square and only location in your account.

when redeeming the egift card is there an additional proccessing fee?

eGift Card fee. 2.9% + 30¢ when customers buy eGift Cards. No additional fee to use them.
