&lt;P&gt;If you&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;haven't&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;marked the invoice as paid, you can cancel it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To cancel an unpaid invoice:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/invoices" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Invoices&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;section of your Square Dashboard.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on the invoice in question, click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;More&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cancel&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After you click 'cancel' you will see&amp;nbsp;the option to notify your customer that the invoice has been canceled. Leave the box unchecked if you&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;don't want&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;your customer to receive an email notification!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't remove a failed invoice. &amp;nbsp;You can adjust your filters so it doesn't show up, but you can not delete it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no "more" option but only "duplicate" and "done" I want to get rid of them because I have already duplicated them and they are now paid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On your invoice screen at the top it has a search box, and next to that is says all invoices. &amp;nbsp;Click on that and you can filter by one of the option. &amp;nbsp;I use outstanding to see what needs to be paid. &amp;nbsp;You can then enter your customers name in the search box to look at all invoices for a customer.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same is true with an 'Undelivered' invoice.&amp;nbsp; If an email address is entered incorrectly, Square cannot deliver the invoice HOWEVER we cannot edit the email address on the Undelivered Invoice nor can we Delete it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I agree, it seems like a no-brainer that these types of invoices should be able to be deleted.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unique...I am with you.&amp;nbsp; I can't delete a failed invoice and it has been paid (via the phone app).&amp;nbsp; I like to see what has been paid and what's outstanding.&amp;nbsp; I find it annoying that you can't delete it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dealing with a failed or undelivered invoices should not be difficult. Square needs to develop an option to delect an invoice for any reason. I'm surprised&amp;nbsp; they didn't. This is a serious oversight on their part.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im on board with you. I created reoccuring invoices but needed to change something. I was able to delete but it still shows in the account. I want them to disappear alltogether! I want to delete it, but after reading this thread that is 1 year old as of today, it seems there is no solution.&amp;nbsp; However, I went to the invoice and clicked "Refund" and then refunded it in cash.&amp;nbsp; Now the account seems to be back in order.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As of Sept. 2020, you can archive the invoices you don't want to have to deal with any longer. &amp;nbsp;I archived a bunch that I cancelled as test dummies. &amp;nbsp;Solved my problem, hope it works for you too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
