How to change "Select one item" during checkout?

I have a makeup store and when I go to select eyeshadows, there are several colors to choose from. How do i change "Select one item" so that i can select multiple variants in this item without selecting one at a time and going back into the item each time to select another color?

You can make variations/price points, but you can only choose one variant at a time. If you're trying to track inventory, you'd want to use variations. The other option is modifiers. For modifiers, you can choose to allow only one choice or mutiples. This wouldn't be a good way to track colors sold, however. There wouldn't be a good way to track that someone had 2 blue and 1 purple, for example. You can learn more about setting up price points here and modifiers here.
