Square Marketing - How to delete an email

We recently used the Square marketing feature but in the email failed to 'deselect' the reminder option that automates emails to people who have not opened the email after 5 days. We are unable to locate a the option to delete this email or to stop the automated reminders.

Does anyone have experience with this and how to stop the automated reminder feature?

Unfortunatly you cannot edit or delete a campaign once it has been sent.

Can square customer service log into the account and delete the email campaign?

Not sure you would have to contact them.

@CoffeeCo there are some campaigns that the support team can delete - I'll go ahead and get you in touch with someone to help you out. Look out for an email from us!

Hey @Kpay -- I have a few campaigns that were accidentally duplicated and are in queue. I'm hoping to delete them before they all send, so customers don't get mad.

Do you still have that contact info for someone at Square who might be able to help delete the unwanted campaigns?

If you want to call- make sure you're logged in and select > More > I Don't See My Issue and it'll show our number and your customer code needed to call there.
