Can I manually charge card without CVV?

booking channel sends me virtual cards to take payments from and they dont have cvv numbers how can i process thiese payments

Hi @shaz - Here are steps for taking payments by manually entering credit card info. You will need the security code or CVV to process them. There are some regulations about keeping that information on file so that might be why booking channel is not including that piece of info. I would try contacting their customer service to find a work around!

Hi some of my customers want to pay for their guests using their credit card info. I used to do that way few times in the past but now I cannot do that way. I am about to loose my customers if I am unable to do so. Could you help me please.

Not exactly sure what you are asking or wanting to do. what do you mean they want to pay with their credit card info?
