You can send a coupon to customers who share feedback from a receipt. Feedback from customers can be viewed from the Customers section of your online Dashboard.

Or if you subscribe Square Marketing you can create an email campaign and share a reward with your customers that way instead.

I am rewarding one customer for patronage in the past. I have set up 2 coupons that I want her to have at check-out when she purchases again.

Do I just send her the "names" of the coupons so she may enter them somewhere during check out to get the deal automatically?
