Is there a way to add a product number to items?

Nearly every one of the products I carry has its own product number from the manufacturer. Is there a field for that when adding items to the library/inventory management system? I really need that feature!

You can add it to the SKU field. If you use this for the UPC number and you still what to add a product number you can add it to the item name or description field.
