Changing Domain - retain customers

I'm in the process of assigning my domain to the site (versus using the square site). I have so many customers that have been using the square site for so long - what will happen to that site? Will it still work if they use it? Will it redirect? Can it redirect? I'll communicate the change - but we know how we are - they will use that old site for a while and I don't want to lose sales. thank you for any help!

HI, domains are created to redirect. It will be seamless to your customers even if they had the .square.site URL auto populate on their computer, it will redirect.
