You can find this information in multiple areas.

Sale / Sales Summary will show fees based on the date range and filters

Sales / Payment method will show fees based on date range and filters

Sales / Deposits select the deposit and it will show all the detail including the fees

You can even look at each transaction. Selecting the transaction will display the receipt view and at the bottom shows the fee for that transaction.
