How can customers easily select different products with the same design?

I would like to be able to show a design on a t-shirt, but give customers the option to select different products / garments / colors / sizes without having to load all the options individually. That could be dozens of "items" with the same art. Is this possible? Similar to print-on-demand sites? One graphic. Multiple products. Thanks!
